Marianne Martin is the broker and one of the original founders of Klondike Mortgage. Under her direction, Klondike Mortgage has weathered the turbulent lending market very well. She entered the mortgage industry in 1979, with a little start-up called Countrywide, after graduating from college. Since then, her extensive work experience with the country's largest mortgage bankers and finance education has put her a cut-above most all lending officers. She provides her clients with sound business ethics and an extensive mortgage background, that insures confidence & trust.

As the Broker, Marianne stays on the cutting edge of the lending business each and every day. That entails knowing the daily trends in Bond Market, developing & implementing the structure of Klondike's wholesale lender lines and loan programs.  She handles the compliance of Federal & State regulations, and works directly with HUD for Klondike's FHA lending area.

Apart from the industry, Marianne, Jack & "Lotta", (their german shorthair) live and play in the Sunriver area. She is a member of Sunriver Women's Golf League, Painted Mountain Women' Golf Assn, (AZ) and a member of Red Mountain Ranch Country Club, where she has a 2nd home in Arizona. Marianne is an active member of the University of Washington's Alumni Assn, and loves to attend Udub football games.
